3.1 - Returning an item from the shop
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty or not as advertised, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Tell us the order number (found on the confirmation email after purchase) and describe the issue. We will inform you on the process of returning the item. After 14 days returns will no longer be accepted.
3.2 - Returning a custom printed job
We send proofs to clients to either approve or reject before the beginning of the printing process. If these proofs are approved, we will produce the items as accurately as our process will allow. If we believe the order to be accurate to these proofs then returns and refunds will not be accepted. However, if a mistake or material failure is identified, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a replacement or repair.
